A five day retreat workshop to explore the spirit essence and power of Britain's native plants. The venue is a traditional Lake District Farm, in South Cumbria. Kinetic Chain Release is a simple, yet extremely effective system of medically and scientifically recognised and approved series of gentle mobilisations and stretches, as developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert.
