From the rescue group
helped by her cat.
Communication to a spirit person who needs the help
of a rescue circle to help move them into the light.
(The medium is weeping copiously, rocking to and fro)
Group:
"Can I help you, my dear? Don’t worry! All will be well. We are here to help."
(She weeps)
Group:
"Can you hear my words?"
(Medium nods slightly)
Good! That means we are going to be able to help you. Tell us your problem. Tell us what is worrying you?
(She weeps and mumbles incoherently)
"Are you in pain?"
Spirit: “No!”
Group: “Are you frightened?”
Spirit: “Yes”.
Group: “There’s nothing to be frightened of because we’ll get rid of all that for you and you’ll be in a lovely place where you’re quite calm and happy. If you can just manage to listen to my words, gradually you will feel better and better, and all your fears will go away. Tell us what is frightening you?”
Spirit: “I am buried!”
Group: “What has happened, my dear, is that when we pass over, we leave our bodies and go off to a beautiful place, and we can get you into such a place, if you will listen to us. I know it is difficult for you, but you don’t have to worry. You’re going to go up, up, up into the lovely light, and everything is going to be happy for you, for your spirit is eternal, it does not stay in the body. It has used the body and now it soars away to be happy. You are going to be free and happy. What we want to do is to get someone to come and help you – someone you know – someone you’re fond of. Do you know anyone who has already died, or passed over, whom you would like to come and talk to you? A parent, a relative, a friend?
Spirit: “My brother”!
Group: “Now what we’re all going to do is, and there is a lot of us here, we’re going to make a big wish for your brother to come and help you, but we want you to help as well, and if you can make a big wish, he’ll come. What was your brother’s name – can you remember?”
Spirit: “Mike”.
Group: “Now, say ‘Mike, we are calling for you. Please come and help. Will you say this?”
Spirit: “Yes”.
Group: “Good. You may find it will get a bit lighter. You’ll see somewhere where it’s quite light, and someone will come towards you out of the light. Now, make your wish! Tell us if anything happens.
SILENCE
Tell us if you see anything, or if you hear anything.”
Spirit: (Now quite composed) “It’s like shadows.”
Group: “Good! That’s a start. Keep wishing. Ask for help.”
Spirit: “I can see black clouds, with sort of gaps. The darkness is going.”
Group: “Good! Soon it should be a little bit lighter. That will be the sign it has started.”
Spirit: “I can see the sun shining.”
Group: “While you are waiting, Did you ever have a pet which passed over? A cat or a dog?”
Spirit: “A tabby cat.”
Group: “What did you call it?”
Spirit: “Tabby.”
Group: “Would you like to call it? Say, ‘Come and see me!’ Think of him – what he looked like.”
Spirit: “I can’t see him but I feel something different.”
Group: “He might brush against your legs.”
Spirit: “Oh! I can see him now!”
Group: “Can you stroke him? Soon you’ll be able to see him quite clearly, when you open your spirit eyes.”
Spirit: “I can see him ahead. He’s walking ahead!”
Group: “He’s going to lead you somewhere. Just follow him.”
Spirit: “He’s leading towards the light. Now I can hear voices.”
Group: “That’s where he’s taking you.”
Spirit: “Oh! Oh! There are people. I can see them. They’ve been waiting for me.”
Group: “See if you know any of them.”
Spirit: “Oh! Oh! I can’t believe it. My family. I never thought I’d see them again.”
Group: “How do you feel now?”
Spirit: “Like I’m home again.” (She weeps – overcome with joy)
Group: “Are they talking?”
Spirit: “They’re cheering.”
Group: “They’ll look after you now.”
Spirit: “Thank you so much. Good bye.”
