A different perspective on fears:
Metatron: Says that the negative energy of our body is energy that is disconnected from our love energy, once its set it becomes repetitive cycles that builds within us.
To simply reconnect them, starts a healing process; this involves our acceptance of it and the energy it holds or represents. By accepting this, the energy can transform and align with the pure and high vibrations of our energy.
These frequencies of negativity become united and energise with the whole and completeness of our being; fear and negative energy drives us to do the opposite of what we actually are, for instance, fear of meeting people means you have a natural ability of communication. Pain means you are a natural healer; disempowerment means you have a natural ability to empower others and yourselves.
So our fear is guiding us to our natural talent and sacred qualities and gifts which is always opposite off the fear or negative energy.
This energy that’s coming in is bringing up the negative emotions and mental condition that we have, we are to use our tools to help to relax them.
Be conscious of your feeling of discomfort and ask yourself ‘what do I need to get my balance back’, stop pushing against it, you accept it and let if flow through.
Our fears are negative fragments of energy within us that’s disconnected from our high self’s souls love frequency and it causes the uncomfortable feelings.
Understand this consciously and when they bubble up inside our being, know what it really IS, whatever its connected to, what situation brings this feeling up that is making you feel like you cannot be a success in this situation.
The truth is you are being given access to a part of you that you are good at.
